Packs a Punch

This week I've been working with puns surrounding fruit and turning them into sketches

I'm not one to start a sketch in pen but have enjoyed the freedom of letting my pen marks wander while doing these, making intentionally messy marks. This is something I'll definitely be using again in the future

Hopefully some graffiti to follow soon, work permitting!

As I have been resigned to the sidelines in regards to painting of late, due to work, needless to say I have little to upload.

Mesa

Genesis 1

In order to christen my new blog I felt it was appropriate to write something about myself as a writer, give some background and some pictures of my favorite pieces of work

I'm part of cross continental crew CK formed of sectors in both the United Kingdom and South Africa. I belong to the London based crew with Mer, Dark, Samer and Manik and have been writing since November 2008.

I'm very strongly rooted in the present, taking my inspiration from mainly modern day writers, the majority coming from the post-millennium era and will continue to push myself until the day I put down the can.

In The Beginning..

New site in circulation

In addition to the CK blogspot, Myspace and Flickr I have set up a new blogspot for some exclusive posts and information not usually shared on my other sites.

I'll be keeping the updates flowing throughout the year with walls, sketches, pictures and much more for those who are interested
